B.G.S. English Medium High School was established in Balehonnur in 2006 respectively with the purpose of providing education to all, irrespective of caste and creed administrated by Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana T rust (R). Shri B.G.S. English Medium High School, when its launched its historic career with the nursery section and standard Ist had only few students. Adding one class each year Shri B.G.S. English Medium High School has up to class Xth with 541 students and around 20 teachers now.

Fee Structure and Payments:

Shri B.G.S. English Medium High School is a self financing school with no grants from the state or central government. The fee structure is expected to meet the developmental and recurring expenditure the major one being salaries of the staff. Nevertheless the management has adopted the policy of collecting the minimum required fees in view of the hardships of the parents.
